However, no platform can guarantee that every user or interaction will be safe. Users should always exercise independent judgment.

How we verify

Email verification on every account
Optional government-ID verification with a visible verified badge
Photo moderation before profile pictures go live
Companion applications reviewed manually before approval
Vendors, organisers and travel providers onboarded under a signed agreement with PAN, address proof and bank proof on file

Payments and money

Payments are collected through established payment gateways — Buddilio never stores your full card details
Every purchase generates an invoice and a receipt you can download from your ledger
Published cancellation and refund rules apply to each booking
Vendor settlements run on a fixed cycle and are fully auditable

Reporting and moderation

One-tap reporting on profiles, events, reviews and messages
Reports are queued for human review, not auto-dismissed
Outcomes include warnings, hidden content, suspension or a permanent ban
Repeat or serious safety breaches remove an account and its listings
