You must be at least 21 years old to use Buddilio. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Buddilio is a social discovery, companionship and experience platform. It is not a dating or matchmaking service. Buddilio does not guarantee friendships, companionship, romantic relationships or any particular outcome.

You must provide accurate information. You are responsible for your account, your login credentials and activity conducted through your account. Do not share your account credentials.

You agree not to use Buddilio for:

• Fraud
• Harassment
• Abuse
• Threats
• Illegal activities
• Impersonation
• Scams
• Spam
• Financial manipulation
• Sexual exploitation
• Privacy violations
• Malicious activity

Users are responsible for their interactions with other users. Buddilio does not guarantee the identity, intentions, background, behaviour or safety of another user. Use reasonable caution.

Events and experiences may be provided by independent vendors, organisers or service providers. The applicable event or vendor terms may apply in addition to these Terms.

Where payment is required, users must provide accurate payment information. Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers.

Buddilio may offer paid memberships or subscriptions. The applicable membership page will specify price, duration, benefits, renewal terms and cancellation terms. Membership benefits may change prospectively where permitted by applicable terms.

Event passes and bookings may have individual cancellation policies. The cancellation policy displayed before purchase will apply to the applicable booking, subject to applicable law.

Refund eligibility is governed by the applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy and the specific product or event terms.

You are responsible for content you upload. You must have the necessary rights to use that content. Buddilio may remove content that violates applicable policies.

Buddilio's branding, software, design, content and other intellectual property belong to Buddilio or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit Buddilio intellectual property without authorisation.

Users should review the Buddilio Safety Centre before meeting another person. Buddilio does not guarantee personal safety or the conduct of another user.

Buddilio may suspend or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary due to:

• Policy violations
• Fraud
• Abuse
• Safety concerns
• Illegal activity
• Misuse
• Repeated complaints
• Other serious violations

Buddilio provides a platform for discovery and interaction. Except where expressly stated, Buddilio does not guarantee:

• availability
• accuracy of every user-provided statement
• suitability of a companion
• quality of third-party services
• uninterrupted access
• specific social outcomes

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buddilio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from user interactions or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

You agree to indemnify Buddilio against claims, losses or expenses arising from your unlawful conduct, breach of these Terms or violation of another person's rights.

Buddilio may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals having jurisdiction over Gurugram, Haryana.
